✨What is MoleGather
Moledao believes that all individuals have the right to be empowered and have their potential realised and maximised. Having a lack of connections and resources should not stop anyone from realising their aspirations.
Therefore, MoleGather fills in the gaps for what these people are missing. We hope to aggregate blockchain enthusiasts, developers and various stakeholders to interact with one another to form valuable connections and garner support, be it financially or otherwise, via MoleGather.
MoleGather is an aggregator that gathers collective wisdom by holding various events, such as hackathons, seminars, offline salons, etc. MoleGather diversifies viewpoints by gathering like-minded people. As such, it opens the door for developers and entrepreneurs to obtain resource, support and guidance.
✨The Development of MoleGather
MoleGather currently consists of three major domains: Hackathon, Demo day and Workshop.
About the Hackathon: As of June 30, 2022, we have hosted two large hackathons, the first of which was held in January 2022. More than 50 projects participated and the community has grown by more than 3000 people. The second was held in April 2022, where 52 projects participated and our community members further expanded to around 12.5k members.
About Demo Day: Demo Day is a series of events to be held every two months in Gathertown in the future. Demo Day aims to be an interactive dialogue platform that connects high-quality startup projects seeking financing support with investment institutions looking for high-quality projects. As the sponsor, Moledao will carefully review the quality of start-up projects and investors to ensure the orderly development of activities.
About Workshop: Workshops come in various forms. One is the offline salon held by Moledao, another is the round table AMA meeting held by Moledao, and the third is the online and offline activities of participating partners. At present, we have held 4 offline salons, 20 blockchain-related seminars, and participated in 30+ events organized by partners.
✨The Future of MoleGather
In the short-term future:
Hackathons: In Q4 2022, Moledao will launch the third hackathon. During the period, we will also collaborate with our partner organisations to assist in organizing hackathon series activities, such as the hackathons held by Force Community and THUBA in August.
At the same time, we will also share in our own community high-quality hackathons organised by other organisations. We encourage all members of our community to participate in and contribute to the blockchain ecosystem.
Demo Day: In the middle of Sep 2022, we will organize our first Demo Day. We will confirm the information of the invited investment institutions in advance, review the quality of entrepreneurial projects, test the activity platform and ensure the quality of Demo Day activities.
Workshop:
- Skills Future Festival webinars in early August 2022;
- In mid-Sep 2022, we will work with the Force Community to help hold the offline summit of FIL-SINGAPORE.
- Moledao’s regular round-table AMA activities around the theme “Build in the web3.0” will continue.
In the long term:
