The best way to efficiently learn about an industry is by immersing oneself into the industry and being involved in the planning and execution of related projects.
We hope to help people who do not have a background in web 3.0 educate themselves through practical project practice and coaching. We also hope to help people who want to enter this industry develop the skills they need to have, and at the same time, help them get in touch with more high-quality projects.
The entire industry is still in its infancy stages. We know that many good start-up projects die midway due to a lack of manpower, funds and resources. In this new industry that requires the entry of talents and the influx of resources, we hope to integrate young and passionate individuals into the entire ecosystem. This is the main reason why Moledao is looking for volunteers: to train volunteers, help them transition smoothly, and have the ability to participate in relevant blockchain projects, so as to inject new life into the entire ecosystem.
We need you…
✨ Have a passion for the web3.0 industry, want to understand and enter this industry, and hope to learn through participation in high-quality projects
✨ Have time to participate in the project, and can work at least 10 hours per week
✨ English communication is barrier-free, and being fluent in both Chinese and English is strongly encouraged
✨ Be conscientious, responsible and reliable
✨ Able to participate in volunteer work for at least 1 month

What we offer
✨Behind-the-scenes, high-quality information and data relevant to the blockchain industry
✨Mature training system to help volunteers successfully integrate themselves into web3.0 and master basic work skills in web3.0.
✨Moledao’s internal project resource. If one of our partners lacks manpower, we will recommend outstanding volunteers
✨Provide Moledao internal referral quota. Satisfactory volunteers may be invited to become an employee of Moledao
✨After the completion of the volunteer activities, you will get the Moledao official skills certificate
✨Participate in Moledao offline team building
✨Free offline conference tickets (if required)
